  1. All auctions are open only to people aged 18 or over, who unconditionally agree to be bound by the jurisdiction of the US courts.
  2. By registering to an auction you agree to be bound by the auction site terms and conditions. Personal information will be treated in accordance with the NHL Auction Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference in its entirety in these Terms.
  3. All bids are final and binding. If a bid is received in error then the administrator CAN remove the bid, BEFORE THE CLOSURE OF THE AUCTION, for you at their discretion.
  4. Bids must be in US Dollars.
  5. Successful bidders will be notified via text message once auction closes.
  6. Late, incomplete, unreceived bids, and bids below the reserve for the lot being bid for, will not be accepted.
  7. The successful bid for any one lot being bid for will be the highest bid received by the closing date. In the event that two or more bids equal the highest bid, the lot shall be awarded to the bid received first.
  8. NHL will run the auction in a fair and consistent manner, however – for the avoidance of doubt, the administrator’s decision is final and for any bid to be counted must be received by the administrator before the close of the auction. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure their bid is received.
  9. Standard text message rates may apply.
  10. No phone/mobile number information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
  11. These terms and conditions are in addition to and should be read in conjunction with the main privacy policy
  12. Product Description: By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from NHL Auctions related to bidding activity.
  13. Message Frequency:  Message frequency may vary.
  14. Message and Data Rates:  Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
  15. Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and we will cease sending SMS messages to your number.
  16. Help and Support:  If you need assistance or have questions about our SMS service, reply with "HELP" to any SMS message you receive, or contact our customer support team at NHLAuctions@fanatics.com
  17. Privacy Policy:  Your phone number will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available here. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties except as required by law.
