Shipping
Items are Shipped from Toronto Ontario, Canada.
Upon credit approval, all orders will be processed and shipped within five to seven business days. In the event that credit card approval is delayed, the time required to process your order will extend beyond the seven business days. Unfortunately CoolHockey is no longer able to offer pick-up on auction items, we apologize for the inconvenience. Shipping cost is $29.95. Multiple Items won in the same auction cycle may be bundled together for shipping at an additional cost of TEN DOLLARS per item. As most of our items are framed pieces we require the $10 for additional size and weight of shipment and additional packaging.
In an Open Auction, buyers bid until the auction ends. The item is then sold to the highest bidder at the end of the auction period. There is no reserve price in an Open auction. The seller must sell the item to the highest bidder. Bidding can start as low as the Opening Value (minimum price or starting amount) of the auction. Once the auction closes, email notification providing contact information is sent to the buyer and seller automatically so that arrangements for payment and shipment of the item can be determined.
What is a Maximum Bid?
Your maximum bid amount is the highest price you are willing to pay for an item (subject to shipping and handling fees, plus applicable taxes). When you place your maximum bid amount, your bid will be processed in the designated bid increment amount above the current bid. If you are outbid, the system will automatically place bids for you at the bid increment until your maximum bid is reached. By way of an example, if an auction opens at $10 with a $1 bid increment and you place a maximum bid of $100, your bid will initially be processed at $11. If another bidder places a bid at $12, the system will automatically bid $13 for you and will continue up to your maximum bid amount of $100.
