Description
Welcome to the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation 2023 Online Charity Auction! Show your support for the Foundation and the great charitable initiatives they undertake in Oil Country by bidding on this Philip Broberg #86 - 2023 NHL Heritage Classic Edmonton Oilers Entrance Outfit Including Autographed Hard Hat & Custom Coveralls. Please note net proceeds from the sale of this particular item will benefit the EOCF "Every Kid Deserves A Shot Program" and the Ben Stelter Foundation. This cool looking ensemble was created by the Edmonton Oilers Locker Room Equipment Staff especially for members of the Edmonton Oilers team to wear when entering Commonwealth Stadium for the 2023 NHL Heritage Classic! Making quite the impression when they arrived their team spirit carried through to the 20th Anniversary of the big out-door game held on October 29th helping the team skate away with a 5-2 victory over their provincial rivals the Calgary Flames. Included in this auction is the customized hard hat and coveralls worn by Evan Bouchard. Both items have been professionally artificially aged and soiled to look like authentic oil field worker attire. The coveralls have patches featuring their last name and another with their player #. The hard hat is decaled with Oilers logos, their jersey # and decals remembering two special friends that passed away including long-time Oilers locker room attendant Joey Moss and their beloved young super fan Ben Stelter. Last but not least the hard-hat it has been nicely autographed by Philip Broberg in black marker. This super cool set of items will come complete with a Letter of Authenticity from the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club and an Edmonton Oilers Authentic Hologram certifying the authenticity of the autograph. Please note that this hard-hat is sold for collectible and display purposes only and is not intended to be used as protective head gear. Please note this particular auction lot also includes a pair of sun glasses that the team wore with the outfit however they are not specific to this player. They were not tracked or numbered in any fashion so could have been worn by any one of the players and are just included as a bonus. Not all lots will include glasses as some were kept, lost or not returned thus any lot that does include a pair they are provided simply as a bonus item. No specific "player worn" aspect is inferred or applied to their inclusion with the other two other "player worn items" in this auction lot.

In an Open Auction, buyers bid until the auction ends. The item is then sold to the highest bidder at the end of the auction period. There is no reserve price in an Open auction. The seller must sell the item to the highest bidder. Bidding can start as low as the Opening Value (minimum price or starting amount) of the auction. Once the auction closes, email notification providing contact information is sent to the buyer and seller automatically so that arrangements for payment and shipment of the item can be determined.
What is a Maximum Bid?
Your maximum bid amount is the highest price you are willing to pay for an item (subject to shipping and handling fees, plus applicable taxes). When you place your maximum bid amount, your bid will be processed in the designated bid increment amount above the current bid. If you are outbid, the system will automatically place bids for you at the bid increment until your maximum bid is reached. By way of an example, if an auction opens at $10 with a $1 bid increment and you place a maximum bid of $100, your bid will initially be processed at $11. If another bidder places a bid at $12, the system will automatically bid $13 for you and will continue up to your maximum bid amount of $100.
