Have you ever imagined being part of the exhibit design team at the Hockey Hall of Fame and be featured in one of our video segments? Now is your chance!
The winning bidder and their guest will get the opportunity to spend a morning with the Hockey Hall of Fame's Creative Director and Curatorial Associate as well as host of Hockey Treasures, Scott Veber. Your morning will begin with an orientation and light breakfast in our Founders Room overlooking the Esso Great Hall that features NHL Trophies including the Stanley Cup and the Honoured Member's Wall. You will then be introduced to Scott where he will reveal what new museum exhibit you will help him assemble - this includes handling hockey treasures (wearing white gloves, of course). During this process, you will be filmed and featured in an upcoming Hockey Treasures episode. This will be followed by a private tour of the museum, including behind-the-scenes access, led by Scott himself. Check out the video above!
Scott has been with the Hockey Hall of Fame for 20 years and is responsible for all creative elements and handling of artifacts associated with museum showcases and exhibits. Scott is also the host of Hockey Treasures, the Hall's latest online video series providing the stories behind the artifacts.
The itinerary for this two (2) guest experience includes:
7:30am - 8:00am | Orientation and light Breakfast served in the elegant Founders Room |
8:00am - 8:30am | Scott Veber introduction and new exhibit install reveal |
8:30am - 9:30am | Install to take place in the museum with Scott while being recorded for a future episode of Hockey Treasures |
9:30am - 10:30am | Scott will take you on a private tour of the museum and highlight some of his favourite exhibits. You can ask him any of your questions too! |
10:30am - closing | You will now have the chance to explore the museum on your own time |
The Behind the Scenes with Hockey Treasures experience is available to book through June 30, 2022, subject to availability and pending present pandemic access restrictions. Maximum party size is two (2) guests. The health and safety of you and your guests is our top priority. The Hockey Hall of Fame has implemented additional health measures to ensure a safe experience.
Hockey Hall of Fame is located at Brookfield Place, 30 Yonge Street Toronto, Ontario.
Travel to Toronto and accommodation not included and is the responsibility of the winning bidder.
Shipping
All auction items
will ship within 3 - 5 business days of receipt of payment.

Shipping carriers used are Canada Post, FedEx,
and DHL. You will receive an email from the Hockey Hall of Fame with tracking
information when your package is shipped.

Winning bidders are responsible for all tariffs,
taxes, duties, and any other additional costs associated with shipping.

For international shipments outside of Canada or
USA, winning bidder will be notified once the auction closes with shipping
rates associated with your location. International shipping rates are
based on location. Please inquire for rates.

Cancellation and returns are not permitted once
the auction has closed.
COMBINED SHIPPING
For auction orders that are won from the same vendor within a 24 hour period, combined shipping may be applied. Please note, it is at the discretion of the respective vendor or team. If any discount on shipping is applied it will be reflected as a refund on your credit card. Please contact our customer service with your Order #’s so we can expedite your request.

Tax will be charged for orders shipped to the following Canadian provinces:

Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to U.S. states where we have determined sales taxes are applicable. Items shipped to APO / FPO military addresses are not subject to taxes. The amount of state sales tax charged is based on current tax rates.

CURRENCY
Please Note: All auctions are conducted in U.S Funds.
Canadian Bidders: The winning bid will be converted from US funds to Canadian funds prior to processing payment. This conversion rate is determined on the day of which payment is processed by your affiliated credit card provider.
International Bidders: The winning bid will be converted from US funds to the currency associated with your credit card prior to processing payment. This conversion rate is determined on the day of which payment is processed by your affiliated credit card provider.

In an Open Auction, buyers bid until the auction ends. The item is then sold to the highest bidder at the end of the auction period. There is no reserve price in an Open auction. The seller must sell the item to the highest bidder. Bidding can start as low as the Opening Value (minimum price or starting amount) of the auction. Once the auction closes, email notification providing contact information is sent to the buyer and seller automatically so that arrangements for payment and shipment of the item can be determined.
