Welcome to the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation 2021 Online Charity Auction! Please note proceeds from the sale of this particular item will be directed to the Colby Cave Memorial Fund. Show your support by bidding on this Edmonton Oilers Team Signed Intersquad Game Colby Cave Tribute Jersey Worn By Patrick Russell from the final training camp team scrimmage on July 25, 2020. On this day the Oilers held a scrimmage at the Downtown Community Arena in honor of former Edmonton Oiler Colby Cave who passed unexpectedly this past April. Players from Team White and Team Orange wore brand new sets of jerseys all with Cave's jersey #12 on the back. Team Orange took the game by a final score of 5-2. This Adidas made pro stock jersey with fight strap contains an NHL / MeiGray Group Game-Worn Jersey Inventory tag #S03112 sewn into the inside bottom left hem which will be noted as worn in this very special intersquad game only. This particular jersey was worn by Oilers forward Patrick Russell, is a white size 58 and is crested with his surname and Cave's #12 on the back. As is to be expected there is very little to no visible wear on the jersey considering it was worn for only this one game. Finally as an added bonus the jersey has been nicely team signed by 25 members of the 2020-21 Edmonton Oilers early-February roster (including a few players who did not participate in the game) in black marker on the front of the jersey making it ready for display in your Oilers memorabilia collection in memory of Colby Cave. The jersey will come complete with a Letter of Authenticity from the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club.

In an Open Auction, buyers bid until the auction ends. The item is then sold to the highest bidder at the end of the auction period. There is no reserve price in an Open auction. The seller must sell the item to the highest bidder. Bidding can start as low as the Opening Value (minimum price or starting amount) of the auction. Once the auction closes, email notification providing contact information is sent to the buyer and seller automatically so that arrangements for payment and shipment of the item can be determined.
What is a Maximum Bid?
Your maximum bid amount is the highest price you are willing to pay for an item (subject to shipping and handling fees, plus applicable taxes). When you place your maximum bid amount, your bid will be processed in the designated bid increment amount above the current bid. If you are outbid, the system will automatically place bids for you at the bid increment until your maximum bid is reached.
