Description
This Canada Post limited edition of 600 framed collage has been personally autographed by two of the top defensemen in Chicago Blackhawks history, Pierre Pilote and Chris Chelios. Below is a plaque with "Top Defensemen of the Chicago Blackhawks" written in both French and English. Before joining the Blackhawks Pilote spent four seasons in the minors beginning his career in Chicago during the 1955-1956 season. Through his entire career Pilote played all but his last season in Chicago. Although, he was a defenseman Pilote revolutionized the game for defensemen. His incredible offensive abilities would lead the Hawk's scoring attack during games. This would be key during the 1957-1958 season as he helped the Blackhawks win their first Stanley Cup since 1938. Pilote cemented his legacy during those playoffs scoring 3 goals and 12 assists for a total of 15 points. Following that season, Pilote was named captain and would wear the C for the remainder of his career with the Blackhawks. Overall, Pilote racked up 498 points in the 890 regular season games he has played. Likewise, Chelios spent 9 of his long 26 NHL seasons in Chicago. He made his debut with the Blackhawks in 1990 after being traded to Chicago by the Montreal Canadiens. After spending 7 incredible seasons in a Canadiens uniform, his time in Chicago was just as remarkable. His 9 years in Chicago led him to winning 2 James Norris Memorial Trophies and 9 straight consecutive seasons of scorning 90 points or more. Upon retirement, Chelios ended his career with 185 goals, 763 assists for a total of 948 points in 1,651 games played. His NHL career led him to being named one of the "Top Players of All Time" by the League during the 2017 NHL centennial season. Both Chelios and Pilote will forever be remembered as two of the greatest defensemen to ever put on a Blackhawks uniform. As homage to their careers, they have both been inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame during their respective time. This limited edition piece is perfect for any Blackhawks or hockey fan. PO Boxes:
Frameworth does not ship to PO Boxes. If the address you have registered in the system is a PO Box, please email us at auction@frameworth.com to provide a new shipping location. If we are not provided with an alternate address after 72 hours after a customer is contacted by a Frameworth representative, the customer will be charged with a 20% restocking fee and the order will be cancelled.
Recommendations:
We recommend providing an email address in the NHL auctions system so that we can provide every customer with their shipment's tracking information and follow your package to your doorstop.
If a package is sent back to Frameworth because of an unreliable shipping address, the customer must pay the re-shipping charges, or else the order will be cancelled an a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
