Description
Welcome to the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation 2016 Hockey Fights Cancer Charity Auction in support of the Kids With Cancer Society and charities across Oil Country! Show your support in the fight against cancer by bidding on this Connor McDavid #97 - Autographed 20th NHL Career Regular Season Edmonton Oilers Goal Puck Scored On October 20th, 2016 vs the St, Louis Blues - Includes Puck Display Case. On this night the Oilers fought to a 3-1 victory on home Rogers Place ice. McDavid scored his 4th goal of the season and 20th of his career at the 19:22 mark of the 3rd period into an empty net courtesy of his streaking skate down the ice and then backhand into the open net as a result of the Blues pulling their goalie for an extra attacker! No assists were awarded on the play. Following the goal this official Edmonton Oilers NHL Game Puck was plucked from the net by the on ice game officials and given directly to the time keepers bench officials who promptly labelled it with the details of the goal on a custom made puck label which was then applied to the back of the puck. It was then given to Edmonton Oilers equipment staff immediately following the game for donation to our online charity auctions. This great goal puck has been autographed by McDavid and will come complete with a letter of authenticity from the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club and Edmonton Oilers Authentic Inventory Hologram applied to the back of the puck.

In an Open Auction, buyers bid until the auction ends. The item is then sold to the highest bidder at the end of the auction period. There is no reserve price in an Open auction. The seller must sell the item to the highest bidder. Bidding can start as low as the Opening Value (minimum price or starting amount) of the auction. Once the auction closes, email notification providing contact information is sent to the buyer and seller automatically so that arrangements for payment and shipment of the item can be determined.
What is a Maximum Bid?
Your maximum bid amount is the highest price you are willing to pay for an item (subject to shipping and handling fees, plus applicable taxes). When you place your maximum bid amount, your bid will be processed in the designated bid increment amount above the current bid. If you are outbid, the system will automatically place bids for you at the bid increment until your maximum bid is reached. By way of an example, if an auction opens at $10 with a $1 bid increment and you place a maximum bid of $100, your bid will initially be processed at $11. If another bidder places a bid at $12, the system will automatically bid $13 for you and will continue up to your maximum bid amount of $100.
