Description

Another chapter from The Battle for New York ... but this time uniquely under the stars... in the House That Hockey Christened.

On a crisp, frigid night in the Cathedral of Baseball, New York City embraced the 2014 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series for the second and final time when a lively crowd of 50,027 watched the New York Rangers defeat the New York Islanders, 2-1, on January 29, 2014 at Yankee Stadium in The Bronx, NY.

The NHL-MeiGray Group Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program is proud to offer fans and collectors across the globe the opportunity to own a piece of history ... the actual jersey worn by #33 Cam Talbot of the New York Rangers during the first period of this historic event. This jersey was also worn during the first period of the Rangers' 7-3 victory over the Devils on January 26, 2014. Talbot served as the backup goaltender only in both of these games.

This white jersey is a Size 58G and is registered into the NHL-MeiGray Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program as number KO7362.

Affixed to the right shoulder of each jersey is the 2014 NHL Stadium Series patch.

Here's what's up for bid from the 2014 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series Rangers-Islanders game at Yankee Stadium:
*9 jerseys worn by the Rangers in the first periods of their two Stadium Series games at Yankee Stadium: Their 7-3 victory over the New Jersey Devils on January 26, 2014 and their 2-1 victory over the New York Islanders on January 29, 2014.
*1 jersey prepared for a Ranger who did not play in either game.
*10 jerseys worn by the Islanders during the first period of their game vs. the Rangers.
*5 Jerseys prepared for Islanders who did not play, or did not wear these jerseys in the game.
*12 practice pucks with the unique 2014 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series logo used by the Islanders during their practice at Yankee Stadium on January 28, 2014.
*6 pucks with the unique 2014 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series logo used by the teams during the pregame warmup prior to the Rangers' 2-1 victory over the Islanders.
*The 3 actual pucks used to score all 3 goals in the game.
*4 additional game-used pucks (2 from the first period, 1 from the second period, and 1 from the third period) with the unique 2014 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series logo used in the game.

What is a Maximum Bid?

Your maximum bid amount is the highest price you are willing to pay for an item (subject to shipping and handling fees, plus applicable taxes). When you place your maximum bid amount, your bid will be processed in the designated bid increment amount above the current bid. If you are outbid, the system will automatically place bids for you at the bid increment until your maximum bid is reached. By way of an example, if an auction opens at $10 with a $1 bid increment and you place a maximum bid of $100, your bid will initially be processed at $11. If another bidder places a bid at $12, the system will automatically bid $13 for you and will continue up to your maximum bid amount of $100.
