Description
Gorgeous weather, a fresh breeze, and the breathtaking Rocky Mountains provided a scenic backdrop to the first NHL outdoor game played on ice a mile high. On Saturday, February 27, 2016, in front of an energetic crowd of 50,095 at Coors Field in Denver, the Detroit Red Wings defeated the Colorado Avalanche, 5-3, in the 2016 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series.
Each team practiced on the Coors Field rink the day before the game to experience the unique environment.
The NHL-MeiGray Group Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program is proud to offer fans and collectors across the globe the opportunity to own a piece of history... an actual puck used during the Colorado Avalanche's practice at Coors Field on February 26, 2016.
This puck is 1 of 18 collected and authenticated for this auction by an NHL-MGG Authenticator after the Avalanche completed their practice.
The practice pucks feature the unique 2016 NHL Stadium Series Colorado logo on one side and the Coors Light logo on the other.
All pucks will come with a protective case to display your puck.

What is a Maximum Bid?
Your maximum bid amount is the highest price you are willing to pay for an item (subject to shipping and handling fees, plus applicable taxes). When you place your maximum bid amount, your bid will be processed in the designated bid increment amount above the current bid. If you are outbid, the system will automatically place bids for you at the bid increment until your maximum bid is reached. By way of an example, if an auction opens at $10 with a $1 bid increment and you place a maximum bid of $100, your bid will initially be processed at $11. If another bidder places a bid at $12, the system will automatically bid $13 for you and will continue up to your maximum bid amount of $100.
