All items (excluding tickets) will be charged a $25 shipping & handling fee for shipments in North America. All shipments outside of North America will be charged on an individual basis (shipments outside North America generally cost around $50 USD). Items (excluding tickets) are shipped via UPS Ground within 2-3 days after the auction closes. Customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for any and all additional taxes, duties, etc. Items may be picked up at First Niagara Center to avoid shipping & handling charges. We will combine shipping for any bidder who wins multiple items. Each shipment is insured for the winning bid amount.
Winning bidders of ticket auctions can pick up their tickets at First Niagara Center 24 hours prior to the start of the game, with the exception of the Ultimate Sabres Fan Package where we will contact the winner?s directly.
In an Open Auction, buyers bid until the auction ends. The item is then sold to the highest bidder at the end of the auction period. There is no reserve price in an Open auction. The seller must sell the item to the highest bidder. Bidding can start as low as the Opening Value (minimum price or starting amount) of the auction. Once the auction closes, email notification providing contact information is sent to the buyer and seller automatically so that arrangements for payment and shipment of the item can be determined.
