Description
Welcome to the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation 2016 Hockey Talks Mental Health Awareness Online Charity Auction in support of the Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health Foundation and the EOCF ! Show your support by bidding on this Connor McDavid #97 - Autographed 2015-16 Edmonton Oilers Skills Competition used hockey stick which is taped with Pride Tape. Pride Tape is rainbow coloured, professional-grade hockey tape that is a physical representation of support from the teammates, coaches, parents and pros to young LGBTQ players. It shows every player that they belong in the game. Members of the Edmonton Oilers were the first team in the National Hockey League to use Pride Tape during their sold-out Skills Competition that took place on Sunday, January 24th at Rexall Place. The Skills Competition is an annual, fan-favourite event where the players go head-to-head in a battle of skill, speed and accuracy. This great CCM Ultra Tacks model composite stick is in very good used condition and has "MCDAVID" factory stamped on the shaft. It is taped with the rainbow color Pride Tape and displays nice light use throughout including visible wear on the all intact blade tape. Last but not least it has been nicely signed by the young forward in silver marker at the heal of the blade. This super rare, one of a kind collectable from the Oilers sensation will come complete with a letter of authenticity from the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club and Edmonton Oilers Authentic Inventory Hologram.
