This Carolina Hurricanes AUTOGRAPHED, GAME WORN Chad LaRose #59 (2011-12, 2nd set) jersey comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. It is white, size 56. In 2003, Chad LaRose signed a contract with the Carolina Hurricanes as a free agent. After winning the Stanley Cup with the Hurricanes in the 2005-06 season, he signed two-year contract with the team. In 2009, he was re-signed to the Hurricanes on a two-year contract for the 2009-10 and 2010-11 season. He rejoined the organization by signing a one-year deal with the Charlotte Checkers in 2014. During the 2014-15 season, he notched 20 goals and 38 points in 64 games. Unable to attain an NHL contract over the summer, he sat out during the 2015-16 season before joining the ECHL in 2016-17 season with the Orlando Solar Bears. LaRose is the only player to play for all Compuware-run franchises starting with the Plymouth Whalers before moving onto the Florida Everblades and eventually landing with the Hurricanes. All proceeds benefit the Kids 'N Community Foundation, the Carolina Hurricanes charitable arm.
