Upon credit approval, all orders will be processed and shipped within five to seven business days. In the event that credit card approval is delayed, the time required to process your order will extend beyond the seven business days. Unfortunately CoolHockey is no longer able to offer pick-up on auction items, we apologize for the inconvenience. Multiple Items won in the same auction cycle may be bundled together for shipping at a cost of TEN DOLLARS per item.
