Please note that this package allows for two people to attend the evening, but only 1 set of gifting (ex. Spouse, Child, etc.)
*Please note: The guest list is subject to change. If a guest change affects your specific ticket package, you will be notified and refunded accordingly. There are only 150 tickets available to the Gala Evening. The highest bidder will win this auction as per the auction rules. This ticket does not include airfare, transportation or accommodations. Auction is final, there are no cancellations (ticket is transferable). A Frameworth representative will reach out to the successful bidder to organize ticket information/delivery.
Winners are Responsible for tariffs, taxes, duties and any other additional costs associated with shipping within North America.

Please allow 4 business days for a pick-up request to be processed, where a Frameworth representative will contact you to let you know your auction win is ready to be picked up. If the auction win is not picked up within 10 business days of a Frameworth rep contacting the customer, Frameworth Sports Marketing reserves the right to cancel & refund the order in full.
Frameworth does not ship to PO Boxes. If the address you have registered in the system is a PO Box, please email us at email@example.com to provide a new shipping location. If we are not provided with an alternate address after 72 hours after a customer is contacted by a Frameworth representative, the customer will be charged with a 20% restocking fee and the order will be cancelled.
We recommend providing an email address in the NHL auctions system so that we can provide every customer with their shipment's tracking information and follow your package to your doorstop.
If a package is sent back to Frameworth because of an unreliable shipping address, the customer must pay the re-shipping charges, or else the order will be cancelled an a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Seller reserves the right to cancel the auction at any time.
For auction orders that are won from this same team within a 24 hour period, combined shipping may be applied. Please note, it is at the discretion of the respective team. If any discount on shipping is applied it will be reflected as a refund on your credit card. Please contact our customer service with your Order #’s so we can expedite your request.
For local customers only, Pick-up option is available.
Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to U.S. states where we have a business presence and/or we have determined sales taxes are applicable. Items shipped to APO / FPO military addresses are not subject to taxes. The amount of state sales tax charged is based on current tax rates.
Shipping addresses located in the following states will be charged associated sales tax:

For items being shipped to Canada, sales taxes will not be charged; however, any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
For international shipments (items shipping from vendors not located in the winning bidders country), any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note the sales tax amount does not reflect on the bid price. You will not receive notification before the charge. The sales tax is applied once your winning bid is accepted and your method of payment is charged.
Unless otherwise specified, all products ship within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment.
